DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

The three-room apartment is located on the third and last floor of a historic building in the central Piazza Garibaldi of Lerici, overlooking the sea, surrounded by the ancient houses of the seaside village, you will find the ferry terminal, the bus terminal and various activities, Bars and restaurants.
A perfect marine style characterizes the whole house, with wooden nautical furniture and parquet in the rooms. Double room and living area with their south west exposure enjoy a wonderful light all day until sunset and from their windows the view from the square extends to the sea.
From the living area you can access the terrace, high above the roofs, between sky and sea, relax in a deck reading a book under the umbrella, or referring to the sun to sunbathe, also ideal for aperitifs and dinners in its large table.

ZTL AND PARKING - The access to the village of Lerici is controlled by ZTL camera service  from 15/06 to 31/08. Free pass for the entire stay is available on request. The private parking (with lock) is located in Via Poggi, behind the Palasport and city hall building, about 900 meters from the house. There is no car loading and unloading space near the structure.
