Historic stone house located along a characteristic "Caruggio ligure" (pedestrian street between the houses) set in the heart of the village of Pugliola. The two-room apartment, of about 40 m2 is divided on two floors and it's a good opportunity for those who want to spend a holiday between sea, nature and local life. The hill offers beautiful views, ancient villages to discover, hiking and biking trails. To access the house you use a pedestrian path of about 150 meters, (Partly uphill), which starts from the main square of the village, where there are various services as well as free parking in the town. Pugliola is a small village loved for its location and tranquility, it is located 1.8 km from Lerici, on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Lerici. The seaside village of Lerici and the beaches are reachable by car, bus or with a trekking of about 20 min.
